Luxury Boathouse

This Boathouse Project, designed and built by Martin Marine Construction, with help from Coastal Dynamic’s Luke Walding, is a testament to what is possible when turning a clients vision into a well thought out design with great construction.

The main deck of the pier and boathouse utilize Thru-flow decking picture framed in a cool grey WearDeck composite that compliment the grey Thru-flow, giving it a very finished look while being functional, combating wave action from storms. The main deck of the Boathouse includes a 35 ft. x 10 ft. Boatslip with boatlift, a 10 ft. x 10 ft. Tiki bar which can be fully enclosed and locked when not inuse, with a full fridge, sink area, automated lighting, electric TV mount which raises and lowers from the ceiling. The boathouse main deck also includes a KillerDock Fish Cleaning Station, a lower, uncovered swim deck with swim ladder for laying out in the sun, swimming, and ease of access for launching kayaks and paddleboards, as well as an additional slip and boatlift for the clients bay boat.

From the Main deck a custom designed and fabricated Spiral Staircase leads to the upper level of the Boathouse to the 1,600 sq. ft. Sun Deck, railed and decking with composite WearDeck, using a custom cable railing system designed by Thomas Martin, providing maximum strength and ease of tensioning if cables ever loosen. Two Piling coming up from below offer a perfect spot to relax in hammocks, while having a custom build table with outlets and UBS charging stations giving the client everything they need to relax. The area is perfect for hosting, a party of 40 people on the upper deck alone is easiely possible making this dock the perfect place to have events and get togethers with friends and then some!.
